Corrections from providers

Factual corrections are welcome and processed within 7 days when they come with sources: a link to the provider's channel list, pricing or terms page, or an official announcement. Write to smartdnscomparison@my.ali.as. Corrections never buy ranking changes - see methodology.

Reporting a dead or discontinued service

Send the provider name, what happened, and evidence (announcement links, support tickets, archived pages). Verified feature removals land on the discontinued list; single billing disputes belong with the provider or community forums.

Privacy

We keep no mailing lists and answer from a system mailbox with PGP available on request.
